HOW DO MY RESERVATIONS ACCRUE?

All your direct hotel bookings made since 01/01/2016 will appear in your reservation history in the My Bahia Principe area as long as you make them using the same email address you used to register for the program

You can add your past stays in your personal account, section My bookings. Remember that only bookings made after 01/01/2016 will be counted. Only bookings made by the My Bahia Principe account holder will be taken into account.

You have to make sure to make your hotel reservations at www.bahia-principe.com by logging in to My Bahia Principe or providing your membership details when you call the Call Center, in order to identify yourself as a member of the program,. In this way, the reservation can be correctly added to your account and will be counted when allocating your level.

You may not include in the program any reservation that is not registered in the Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts system. You can see the terms and conditions in the My Bahia Principe area.

If you have booked through other channels, you must check in online from 10 days before arrival at the hotel at www.bahia-principe.com.

Yes, we’ll take into account the total number of nights by adding both bookings.

If you are logged in to My Bahia Principe, in the online booking process you should already see 5% or 10% applied, depending on your level.

Important: in order to assign benefits to the booking, if customers have booked using our direct channels, they must have logged into “My Bahia Principe” or identified themselves as members when booking at the Call Centre.

If you are a program member but make a reservation as a normal customer, without logging in or identifying yourself as a member, your reservation will be treated as a reservation outside the loyalty program. As a result, you will not receive the benefits associated with the program.

Yes, we will make a pre-registration during the purchase process and the My Bahia Principe benefits will already be available to you.

In your email account, you should have received an email with a link to complete your registration. You must click on the link, fill in your details and set a password to start enjoying all the benefits of My Bahia Principe.

The Reservation Holder and guest during the corresponding stay is the only person who can benefit from the exclusive advantages of the program (except for benefits/attentions that specify it).

The My Bahia Principe programme rewards the booking holder’s number of room nights, and benefits or special details associated with the member’s level will only apply to the room the holder is staying in.

No. In this case, only the person registered in the My Bahia Principe program who made the reservation will benefit. The holder of the reservation and guest during the corresponding stay is the only person who can benefit from the exclusive advantages of the program (except for benefits/attentions that specify otherwise), and to whom all communications will be addressed.
