MY BAHIA PRINCIPE LEVELS AND BENEFITS
My Bahia Principe has 4 levels based on the customer’s points: Blue, Silver, Gold and Black. For more information, please see the Terms and Conditions of My Bahia Principe
Once you access the personal section of My Bahia Principe with your data, you will see the information of the level you are in. You can also see the points you need to move up to the next level. For more details go to “My Level”.
You will never go from one category to a lower category.
The hotel booking must be done through our direct channels, that is, either through the www.bahia-principe.com website or through the Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts Call Center, and you will move up to the next level after the corresponding check out and reservation payment. Remember that you will move up to the next level once you have checked out.
Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to permanently terminate accounts that have been inactive for a period of more than 36 months, if it deems it appropriate, so the account holder will lose the benefits associated with the program.
You can check the benefits associated with each level on the My Bahia Principe website, in the Terms & Conditions of the program, by accessing My benefits in your personal area or in the Web App during your stay.

The Priority Check In consists of a specific line marked with the "My Bahia Principe" logo, where guests will receive the bracelet corresponding to their level so that they can enjoy their benefits during their stay. Guests will only be able to access this preferential line if they have booked their stay as a My Bahia Principe member.
No. Benefits are personalized and may only be used by the account holder. They cannot be transferred to other people, whether or not they are program members themselves.
You may restaurant booking in advance between 5 days and 1 day before arriving at the hotel, provided that you have already checked in on-line. This can be done from the My Bahia Principe area and will be subject to availability
