You can cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to this end to our support service at mybahiaprincipe@bahia-principe.com or by calling the Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts Call Center. Voluntarily canceling your account will automatically result in the loss of all your benefits as soon as the account is deactivated and you cease to be an account holder.

Yes. Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any My Bahia Principe account holder for breach of the Terms and Conditions, payment irregularities or inappropriate behavior at the hotel. Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to permanently terminate accounts that have been inactive for a period of more than 36 months, if it deems it appropriate, so the account holder will lose the benefits associated with the program.
