From jungle rivers to the open Caribbean Sea, enjoy the full day adventure exploring the Dominicans various gorgeous natural landscapes.
We begin our journey in the famous Chavón River, the mythical jungle backdrops for so many Hollywood films. We’ll float down the river on a typical wood raft taking in the unique landscapes and wildlife.
We’ll then change gears and head out on a modern catamaran, guided by the sounds of bachata and merengue as we sail along the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. We’ll stop at a starfish sanctuary in a natural pool in the middle of the sea. Here we’ll have time to enjoy a snack before venturing to Saona Island for lunch.
Once we arrive to our private beach, guests are greeted with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to celebrate the day. Throughout the afternoon enjoy a buffet-style lunch, open bar, free time on the beach and return to the port on a sleek speed boat.
There is an open bar on the catamaran serving refreshments, water, and rum; the open bar on the beach serves wine, beer, refreshments, rum, and coffee.
