The last day that points can be accumulated is March 23, 2026. Any stay with a check-out date after March 23, 2026, will not accumulate points.

When is the last day to use my My Bahia Principe benefits at a Bahia Principe property?

The last day to experience on-property My Bahia Principe benefits is March 23, 2026.

Will my on-property discounts still be honored for stays that began prior to March 23, 2026 but have a checkout date after?

For any My Bahia Principe member who has a check-in date prior to March 23, 2026, and a check-out date after March 23, 2026, those member discounts will be extended for the entire length of that stay.

Will there be any changes to existing bookings?

There will be no changes to existing bookings and all benefits currently offered under the My Bahia Principe loyalty program will end on March 23, 2026.  For any My Bahia Principe member who has a check-in date prior to March 23, 2026, and a check-out date after March 23, 2026, those member discounts will be extended for the entire length of that stay.

If I made a reservation at a Bahia Principe hotel before the hotel began participating in the World of Hyatt but the stay has a check-in date after the hotel begins participating in World of Hyatt, can I earn World of Hyatt points and Tier-Qualifying Night credits for this future stay?

To earn World of Hyatt points and Tier-Qualifying Nights once a hotel participates in World of Hyatt, you must:
*Be a member of World of Hyatt, join now or associate your World of Hyatt membership number with the reservation prior to or during your stay;
*Pay an eligible rate (please refer to World of Hyatt terms for complete details); and
*Complete your stay "

If I completed my stay at a participating Bahia Principe resort on or after the date the hotel begins participating in World of Hyatt, and I did not earn World of Hyatt points or receive Tier-Qualifying Night credits for my stay, may I still receive points and Tier-Qualifying Night credit?

We are happy to review your stay details to ensure you receive accurate points or credits. To receive World of Hyatt points for eligible spend on a past stay at a participating hotel with a checkout date after the hotel begins participating in World of Hyatt, you must be a World of Hyatt member in good standing prior to check out. You can submit the request via your World of Hyatt account, contact Hyatt Global Care Center or email us at worldofhyatt@hyatt.com.

When can I earn or redeem World of Hyatt points at Bahia Principe properties?

All Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts will soon be participating in World of Hyatt, the global loyalty program of Hyatt hotels. Upon program participation, Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts will be available for free night award redemption as well as all benefits afforded to World of Hyatt members.

Can I earn World of Hyatt points, Tier-Qualifying Night Credit and in-hotel benefits for stays prior to Bahia Principe joining the program?

No. World of Hyatt points, Tier-Qualifying Night credit and in-hotel benefits will not be awarded for any stay with a checkout date prior to when a hotel begins participating in World of Hyatt.

Can I transfer My Bahia Principe points to my World of Hyatt membership account for points or tier qualifying night credits?

You will not be able to transfer My Bahia Principe points to your World of Hyatt member account.
