Whale watching

If you are lucky enough to be in the Dominican Republic in February, be sure to take the opportunity to see wildlife in its purest state. Every year 3,000 to 5,000 humpback whales migrate from the cold northern seas to the warm waters off the Dominican Republic to mate and give birth. You can see the courtship ritual and mating of this mammals: jumps, standing upright, hitting their flippers against the surface with both the tail or the pectorals, direct or evasive. One of the most exciting shows put on by mother nature!

El Limón Waterfall

On board the comfortable safari truck, the next stop is the “Rancho Limón” where you will enjoy a delicious coffee, roasted and prepared in a traditional style.
Next there is a fantastic and unforgettable horse or mule ride along a steep, stony mud path, past rivers and mountains and through a dense and humid tropical forest.
Salto del Limón, located in a protected area, is a waterfall of about 40 m that cascades into a pool of crystal clear water where you can have a refreshing swim.

Playa Rincón

Playa Rincón, located in Las Galeras, is ranked among the ten most beautiful beaches in the world for its natural conditions and beautiful, striking surroundings. It has several long and slightly curved coves that extend about 3 km, with fine white sand, dense palm and coconut groves as well as various shades of water. Seaweed and driftwood give it a rustic, unspoiled air. You can enjoy this authentic paradise in all its splendour. Sun bathe, cool off in its clear waters and enjoy a delicious lunch in an incomparable setting that you will never forget.

Los Haitises National Park

The tour offers the chance to visit two jewels of the Samaná peninsula: Los Haitises National Park.
During the morning discover the wonders of the park, with its caves, inlets and mangroves surrounded by a beautiful tropical forest and the secrets hidden by the Tainos, Europeans and pirates in this secluded, labyrinthine location. After a delicious lunch, you can rest and relax on Cayo Levantado, also nicknamed Bacardi Island, a true paradise of crystal clear water, silky white sand and endless rows of coconut palms.
The most satisfying day of your holiday!

Santo Domingo

We'll tour the country from north to south, arriving at the capital, the oldest city in America (founded in 1498). We'll see the main sites of the colonial area: Santa María la Menor (Main Cathedral), the National Cemetery, the Fortress of Columbus. Then we'll visit the Cave of the Three Eyes of Water, three beautiful underground lakes surrounded by gardens. Lunch (included) and then free time for shopping in the Colonial Area.
