Brioche bread roll stuffed with spcy potatoes and tomato and garlic chutney.

Dahi kebab

Croquette made with creamy, fresh yogurt and finished with chutney.

SECOND TIME

Prawn, madras curry, uttapum

Pancake made of rice and white lentils, served with spicy curry of shrimp marinated in onion and tomato, coconut chutney and green plantain chip.

THIRD TIME

Bengali macchi

Chillo with Bengali mustard.

FOURTH TIME

Aamras, chaas aur caviar

Sorbet with mango and yogurt.

FIFTH TIME

Chicken nawabi

Chicken breast marinated with creamy cheese, cardamom and mace finished in the tandoor accompanied by boneless bhuna chicken thigh served with makhani sauce.

SIXTH TIME

Gulabi Gulab

Cheesecake with gulab jamun (deep-fried powdered milk balls with syrup), pistachio kulfi (traditional ice cream), carrot fudge and chocolate soil, served with cha tea.
