By using the app we collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:
We use the email address and identification data you provide when registering in the application to register you as a user of the application. We use the data related to your reservation to identify you and allow you to manage the different options offered by the app.
The data collected during the use of the APP, related to your Internet connection IP, as well as the options you select in the menus or the technical data of the terminal you use, are processed by us for the operation of the app.
The information you provide in the pre-checkin process will be communicated to the hotel so that it will be available upon arrival to facilitate the process of identification and registration as a guest of our hotel. Among the data requested in this process are your photograph and/or photographs of documents. The app will request access to your camera or to the photographs stored in your terminal.
We use the information you provide us through the process of booking hotel products and services available on the app to process your requests and carry out the bookings you request. These data will be communicated for the same purpose to the hotel where you are going to enjoy your stay.
The legal basis for such processing is the fulfillment of the legal relationship that is established at the time you register as a user of the app.
Your consent will be requested for the processing of the images that you may provide during the pre-checkin process. For this purpose, you will be asked for permission before activating the camera or accessing the photos stored on your terminal. If you do not consent to the processing of these images, it is possible that your identification process upon arrival at the hotel will be slower, but in no way will it affect the conditions of your reservation or the services you have contracted with us.
We will use your email address to send you commercial communications about tourism services offered by Grupo Piñero. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in making our services known and based on your consent for this communication to be made by electronic means. We understand that making these communications is compatible with your right to data protection and does not involve unexpected or incompatible processing as part of the customer relationship. In any case, you can object to receive these communications at any time through the mechanism that you will find described in each communication.
If you participate in any of our surveys through the app, we will process the data collected for product and process improvement across Grupo Piñero. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in improving our management and the way we serve our customers. We understand that this processing is compatible with your right to data protection, it is based on a voluntary and conscious contribution on your part and the answers given do not in any way condition your relationship with us as an individual customer.
The identification and access data to the app will be kept as long as you are a user of it.
Data used for marketing purposes will be retained by us until you request cancellation.
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access them. You can also request that your data be corrected when they are inaccurate or that incomplete data be completed, as well as request deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Under certain conditions and on grounds relating to your particular situation, you may also object to the processing of your data. In this case we will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
