Tulum, Quintana Roo, will receive this December 21st the Winter solstice with the Time and Space Festival 2013 celebration. This musical encounter, will last 3 días and will have the participation of more than 90 international and national artists that will sound rhythms like progressive, techno, trance, deep house, chill-out, dub, house, and disco.
