Parks and swim with dolphins
We'll visit Bávaro's parks, where we'll spend a day together surrounded by vegetation and animals that we can interact with, like sea lions, multicoloured birds, manta rays, and even dolphins. Take an exciting swim with them and enjoy the strange feeling of their skin!!.
Safari
We'll be picked up by amazing 4x4 trucks which will bring us,
in the hands of expert guides, around the reality of Dominican life.
We'll start with a visit to the Hacienda, where we can enjoy a pleasurable horseback ride through one of the country's largest cattle ranches.
Afterwards, depending on the time of year, we'll visit one of the public schools in the area that we sponsor, where we can get to know the Dominican educational program, and help the children with their schoolwork.
We'll cross the Sugar Cane plantations where we'll learn more about its cultivation and extraordinary flavour.
From the plantation we'll head for the Anamuya mountain, were we'll visit a typical country house, we'll taste fresh Caribbean fruits, roasted coffee and cocoa, and we'll see how the rural farmers live off the land.
We'll go up to the highest point of the mountain where we'll enjoy an excellent lunch of traditional Dominican food, surrounded by the majestic Altagracia valleys.
We'll see and learn about the process of their development, as well as the history and tradition of Dominican cigars, ending the day with a refreshing swim at the Macao beach before coming back to the hotel after a day full of emotions and learning.
Buggies
We'll drive these fantastic vehicles for a day of unforgettable adventure. An engine, a steering wheel, a metal body and the desire to have a good time is all you'll need for this outing. Ah! And a bathing suit, since we'll go swimming in the waters of the unspoilt Macao beach and in the cenote in the Tahína cave.
Catalina Island
We'll sail across the clear waters of the Caribbean Sea on a visit to the Casa de Campo marina, vacation spot of many global celebrities. On board the boat there will be drinks and entertainment thanks to the team of sailors
and entertainers. On arrival at Catalina Island we'll combine swimming time
with all-inclusive water activities, like "banana boat",
“skyboat” and “snorkelling” in the coral reefs off the coast, where
we'll discover the spectacular marine life.
After lunch on the beach we can enjoy a potpourri of Caribbean festivities. Return by boat to the Roman dock and transfer to the hotel.
.
Saona Island
Pick up and departure in air-conditioned buses, for a short tour of the Altos de Chavón and its impressive Greco-Roman amphitheatre (artists city).
Afterwards we'll leave for Saona Island in speedboats, over the crystal clear Caribbean waters. On board, local drinks are included.
Once on the island, we'll enjoy a marvellous day at a paradisiacal dream beach with a traditional buffet lunch with drinks included (beer, soft drinks, water and rum).
We'll come back in catamaran to a merengue and bachata rhythm, visiting the island's most impressive natural pool with its school of starfish.
