• Practical information

  •The climate is typically tropical, very humid, sunny, warm and with occasional rain.
  •The temperature is usually around 25ºC all year.
  •Sunrise is around 6:30 a.m. and sunset around 7:30 p.m..
  •There is a medical service at the hotel, with an extra charge for guests
  •We have a babysitting service, with a charge, so you can really relax.
  •We have special diets for celiacs and diabetics, on request in our Public Relations Department.
   

• Everything you need

  You'll find everything you need in the resort, but if you need anything else, the Hotel has various shops (tobacco and liquors, boutique and accessories,…). Right there, on the public beach you'll find a market with business hours.
  
  We have medicines for sale and a doctor's surgery at the resort.
  And, in Pueblo Príncipe in Samaná, right off the shuttle boat and ten minutes by taxi you'll find the usual European and American brands, or traditional local products.

  We want to pamper you and for you to feel at ease, visiting an incredible place isn't enough, we want you to come away with the best memory, so know that you can ask for whatever you need and we'll be happy to help you.
